Regarded by specialized critics as one of Spain’s most internationally acclaimed painters, his artistic endeavors have been the focus of numerous solo exhibitions within institutions across countries like Germany, Canada, and the United States. Additionally, significant international collections have embraced his artistic creations. Notable examples include the Philip Morris Collection, American Express Collection, Pfizer, Brookfield (situated in New York), Nordstrom (located in Seattle), as well as La Caixa Collection of Contemporary Art in Barcelona, and CGAC Collection in Santiago de Compostela.
Graduating with a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Salamanca, he swiftly captured the attention of the national art scene, taking prominent roles in various competitions and exhibitions. It was precisely in 1995 that he received the Unión Fenosa – MACUF Grant for Artistic Creation Abroad, affording him the opportunity to spend time in New York—a city where he eventually established himself permanently.
