The estimated delivery time on the Peninsula is approximately 10 working days. However, you will receive an email with the information and the delivery code of the package.
Can I return or exchange the purchased product?
No exchanges or returns of original graphics and artwork will be accepted.
How can I return or exchange a product?
The buyer is required to provide the purchase receipt and return the product in pristine condition, complete with labels and the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for items that are stained or damaged.
To return online purchases of books and catalogues, please contact us by email at email@example.com, or via WhatsApp at +34 690 87 90 41. The gallery will provide a voucher for the equivalent purchase amount, and it will have no expiration date. To avail of this voucher, the customer must send the book and catalogue products to the gallery in impeccable condition, with intact labels, and securely packaged and protected. The shipping costs will be covered by the customer using a courier service of their choice.
If I want to return a work of art, who pays the shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of items to be exchanged or returned by post, and under no circumstances will Galeria Aa Shop SLU accept returns sent with freight collect charges.
If the artwork has arrived defective or is not the one I bought, what should I do?
Refunds will only be issued in cases where the graphics or original artwork arrives damaged, provided that the claim is submitted within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Claims made after this 24-hour period will not be considered.
